Marjorie died peacefully at the St. Vincent Langara Long-Term facility in Vancouver, surrounded by many members of her family. She was predeceased by her husband William (Bill), daughter Gerri, grandson Tom and brother Harvey. She is survived by her daughter Charlene Gram (Gordon), sons David (Carol), and Richard "Rick" (Carole), eight grandchildren Laurie Williams, Joanne Wilson, Andrea, Lindsay and Lesley Matthews and their spouses and Jeffrey, Brendan and Madeleine Smith, plus 12 great- grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Hazel Binyon, brother Graham Foster and many nieces and nephews. Marjorie will be remembered for her love of family, life and travel, as well as her great chocolate chip cookies and muffins. She was happiest at the piano- leading sing-alongs, accompanying ballet classes or playing for her own enjoyment. For over 25 years she volunteered as a pianist in seniors' residences, bringing happiness to many people in the Vancouver area. She will be greatly missed by all. A Memorial Celebration will be held on August 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Church at 49th and Oak in Vancouver.
