1925 - 2012 passed into the presence of the Lord Oct. 25 in White Rock. A WWII veteran, he served in Holland in the Canadian Scottish Regiment. Bill owned Langara Meat Market at Main and 50th for 28 years until 1978 then worked for Buy-Low Foods until his retirement in 2003. Missing him is his family: loving wife, Betty, sons: Ron and Bob (Wanda), grandchildren: Paige (Jake) Dombrowski, Allison, Alexander, April, Adam, Aaryn, and Amy, great-grandchildren: Will and Peyton. A heart-felt thank-you to the staff at Ocean View Care Home, White Rock, for their kindness and care shown to Bill over the past three years. No service.
