Dearest Pat,
I am so sorry that I have not been in touch for so long and then to hear about Gord passing. Gord and you were like family to me when you were here in Schomberg. You both helped me so much through some dark days I had & opened your hearts & your home to me. I will always remember helping with the donkeys & the West Highland cattle..we always had so much fun! Thank you for so much happiness & fun given to me over the years! You were a wonderful man, Gord! My very best wishes & love to Pat & her very incredible family !

Dear Pat, we are so sad to hear of Gordon's passing, we so enjoyed our river cruise with you two, remember all the laughs. Gordon was a wonderful person to know and our messages to and from the East and West were fun to read. We were thinking of another river trip with you and Gordon, well, we'll dream of it now. Our love to you Pat and we'll be in touch right away.

I am so very sorry to hear that you have lost this man so full of life. I have many happy memories of years on Fraser street in Kamloops (a first trip to McDonalds, the pool, babysitting, Diana, the Edsel) and his wonderful laugh and his large embrace of life. He gave me my first "real" job in Vancouver and I always was grateful. Pat, Mark, Brock, Ross, Guy, Kent, Jan and families, sincerest condolences for your loss.

Gordon will be missed by those who had the opportunity to know and love him. He was an amazing man - seemingly tireless in caring for many - people and animals alike. He loved his family, friends, work and his animals. He leaves a huge void in many lifes. Thank you Gord for all the talks, hugs and time we spent. I will miss you. Love to you Pat & family. I am sorry I am in Arizona so will miss the final goodbye. Kathy Bond & Family
