Sending you Condolences on the passing of you mother, Amy. It was always reassuring to see your mother and Father, Dick at Events in New York City with your brothers supporting our Civil Right fight against homophobia. May they all Rest In Peace.

I had the honor of knowing and meeting both Amy and Dick Ashworth through my involvement with the Queens (NYC) chapter of PFLAG. My chapter awarded both her and Husband Dick our first annual Carmel Tavadia Memorial Award back in 1997. May both their memories forever be a blessing.

To the Ashworth Family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother, Amy. I never met your mother. However, I worked at the same law firm as your father, Richard G., as a secretary to the Executive Committee of Haight Gardner, at the time your dad was serving as a member of that Committee. I respected and admired your dad. May your fond memories help you through this difficult time. Anita Barri

I got to know Amy when her son married my daughter. We shared many family celebrations together and she always lit up the room on her arrival. A remarkable woman!

Such a brave courageous woman: a real example
for all of us. By Moesje Zürcher en Carine Banning I heard so many impressive stories in the later years.
May her memory always inspire you. May she rest
in peace. With love Kooka Morra
