April 12, 1990- Nov. 30, 2010 It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Beloved David.
David was born to Delia Gonzales and Derreck Engram on April 12, 1990 in Thousand Oaks. He was a resident of Moorpark. Our beloved David was preceded in death by his Grandpa Santiago, who loved him very much. David is survived by his mom, Delia; brother, Andrew; his father, Derreck Engram; his stepfather, Johnny Guerra, and stepmother, Boots Engram; grandmothers, Benita Gonzales and Lois Whitmore; aunts and uncles: Juanita and Henry Jacques, Nina and Alfonso Betancourt, Nelda and Philip Flores, Diana and Raul Cardiel, and Robert and Cheryl Gonzales. Also, our beloved David will be greatly missed by his sister, Sheena Robinson and husband, Antywane, brother, Dane Engram and Uncle Lamar. David was so loved by all his cousins and the many, many friends the he had.
David loved working at the Cactus Patch. David greatly appreciated and loved his second Mom, Paula. He also loved his Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia Eagles. His favorite food was Grandma Benitas tortillas with only butter.
A visitation for David will be held from 1-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7 with recitation of the rosary beginning at 7 p.m. located at the Perez Family Funeral Home in Camarillo. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8 located at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Moorpark. Burial will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Simi Valley.
