Passed away Nov. 3.
Harvey was born Jan. 21, 1927 in Poplar Grove, Ill. On July 1, 1949 he married Hazel Ralston, his wife and companion of over 61 years. They were proud parents of their children Cheryl (Joesph) and Douglas. Harvey had a 38-year career with JCPenney and retired in Thousand Oaks where he and Hazel have lived for the last 32 years. He was a dedicated volunteer and board member at MANNA and active member of Emmanuel Presbyterian. He enjoyed playing golf and family reunions.
Harvey is survived by his wife Hazel; sister Eleanor Ray; sister-in-law Ann Ralston; cousins Suzanne Smith and Jill Brantley; four nephews; two nieces; three grandchildren Michael, Kristine (Bryan), and Laura (David); and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to MANNA, Food Pantry of Ventura County.

Dear Hazel and family, I am so sorry to hear the news about Harvey's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Harvey was a wonderful, spiritual person - Allan and I truly enjoyed his company.
