Mary Bridget O'Brien passed away peacefully at her home in England Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2010.
Born in Waterford, Ireland, in 1921 where she spent 30 years, she then married John O'Brien and moved to England where she had seven children. At age 74 she moved to America and spent 14 years in Ventura. She attended Lady of the Assumption Church and became a regular member of the parish. She moved back to England in October 2008 to be cared for by her two daughters, Mary and Catherine.
She is survived by seven children: Jimmy, Martin, Pat, and John, Mary, Catherine and Teddy; numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She will be missed dearly by all. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9 at Lady of Assumption Church.

Dear O'Brien Family,
Your Mom always brought a smile to our faces. She was such a beautiful person. We loved her!
We regret that we will be unable to attend her service but you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
