It is with great sadness that Gloria Coleman shares the news of the passing of Richard W. Coleman on Dec. 23, 2010 in Oxnard, CA.
He passed away from complications of Alzheimer`s. He had been at the Nursing Home for 3 1/2 years. Richard started his journey of life having been born at Community Hospital in Long Beach in 1924. He retired from Long Beach Police Department in 1977 as a Police Sergeant and relocated in Oxnard. He was a member of the Wilson Seniors Center Lawn Bowling Club.
Left to mourn him is his wife Gloria Coleman, son Bill Coleman, daughters Nancy Coleman Kruse and Cressida Roth. No services planned.
