1958 - 2010 Silvia Santina Spratt , 52, peacefully passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2010 at her home in Simi Valley, Calif.
Silvia was born July 31, 1958, in Staten Island, N.Y. She moved to California in 1978 with her husband Mark Spratt. Silvia is survived by her son, Jason Spratt, and daughter, Nicole Spratt. She is a beloved mother-in-law to Ryan Walker, beautiful grandmother to Jason and Derrick Walker, and loving sister to Joseph and Jonathan Cava.
Silvia was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, as well as friend. Silvia worked at Albertson's for over seven years, and was in the banking industry for over 20 years. She was very caring and willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. She also had an extreme love for animals, loved to cook, as well as spend time with family and friends.
Silvia's wishes were to be cremated and spread over the beaches of Staten Island with her eternal husband Mark. Silvia will be missed but not forgotten...
Services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran Street in Simi Valley. Donations maybe made to the family to help with service arrangements.

Dear Nicole and Jason, I met your mother about 3 years ago. I felt her warmth and grew fond of her. We found that we had our banking industry background and Kmart employment in common....we shared stories and we had many laughs. We had mutual acquaintances from her days on College St. too. It is because of Silvia that I work at Albertsons. Your mother and father were warm, kind, and generous people. My son, Jonathan, always remembers the camping trip with them along with your son Jason. It was an honor to know them both and spend time with them. My family and I will always remember them.....Sil, your friends and co-workers miss you...RIP Sil... You are with your Mark once again!

Jason And Nicole I am sadden by your MOM's passing soooo sorry!!!Silvia we are promised by our religion to be together again ,so until then....I will miss your smile your caring ways and be there when I needed you most,and you were there!!! SORRY I wasn't there for you....I will miss you soo..I'm glad your with Mark again forever you'll be, you loved him sooo and missed him sooo!!!Someday I'll see you both again till then!!!!!!!LOVE PEGGY& BOB.......
