I remember this man, I would deliver his adds from the Advance Register in the 60's and would visit him when home from the Navy. My dad (Leonard Cozby ) would visit him at his home quite often and I am sure that he will miss doing that. May Manuel rest in peace, he was a good man and my prayers go out to his family.

Toledo Family,
We are so sorry for your loss! As a youngster I can remember going into the store and Manuel was always patient and kind to us kids. He was a modern day patroit for veterans and all of his effort was appreciated by all of us!

First met Manuel twenty years ago. He recruited me into Amvets. What an interesting man with so many stories to tell about nearly a century of living. He was 'Mr Amvets' for many years. Another of the Greatest Generation has left us.

Rest in Peace Sarge.. God Bless you and thank you for your service to the Community, this County, and this Nation. And well the World. God bless and keep your family in this time of loss you will always be remembered and cherished. I know God has a special use for you in his kingdom. With Christ love... I bid you farewell; until we all meet in the clouds on that last day the trumpet sounds and he calls us all to his glory. Death has no sting through him and he is quick to hold on to his promise.
