Rafael Madero Altamirano June 15, 1986 - April 18, 2015 Tulare Rafael Madero Altamirano, (Junior), was born on June 15, 1986 in Hanford, California. Deciding that HE needed another angel in heaven, our lord took Junior into his heavenly paradise on Saturday, April 18, 2015. Junior leaves behind two large families who loved him very much, and who will miss his gentle nature. Junior is survived by his father, Rafael Madero, and mother, Maria Magdalena Altamirano. Brothers: Florentino Parra, Nayarit, Mexico, Ladislao Parra, wife Lourdes, Armona, California, Sisters: Belen Parra, Hanford, California, Rosa Parra, Visalia, California, Mara Parra, husband Santiago, Mexico. Brother Jose de Jesus Parra, Texas. Junior is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Junior is also survived by his fiancée, and love of his life Ashlie Hernandez, and her family. Mother Anna Villarreal, husband Carlos, Tulare, California. Sons: Carlos Jr. (Pops) Villarreal, Adrian Villarreal, and Mando Villarreal, Tulare, California. Grandfather Joseph Vargas, and Grandmother Maria Vargas, Tulare, California. Brother Anthony Vargas, Tulare, California. Uncle Joseph (Joe) Vargas, San Diego, California and many cousins and extended family. Junior was employed by Haagen Dazs in Tulare, California. He was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers, and the San Francisco Giants. He enjoyed spending time with Ashlie as they traveled to football and baseball games, to the coast, San Diego, Disneyland and other destinations throughout California. Junior enjoyed working around his and Ashlie's home, doing repairs, remodeling, gardening and recently began to do oil painting. Junior also enjoyed the time he spent at the monthly "Vargas Family Breakfast", which this month would be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015. It was Junior's plan to announce he and Ashlie's engagement at this month's breakfast. As would be God's plan, he entered into eternal rest on Saturday April 18, 2015. Rest in peace Junior. We love you! Viewing will be from 12:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel, 132 W. Kern Ave., Tulare. There will be a Rosary at the Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel at 6:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2015 and a Mass at 10:00 am, Friday, May 1, 2015 at St. Aloysius Church, 125 E. Pleasant Ave, Tulare. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Wells Fargo bank in the name of Ashley Hernandez account # 5415101020. Salvacion Agbunag Brannum Feb. 1, 1955 - April 18, 2015 Visalia Salvacion Agbunag Brannum, age 60 was born in the Philippines on February 1, 1955 to Mr. and Mrs. Sergio and Gregoria Agbunag. Salvacion went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2015 in Visalia Ca. She is survived by her husband Dee Brannum, her two children Crystal Brannun and Kevin Brannum, 6 step children Dee Brannum JR., Karen Childree, Tammy Brannum, Susan Brannum, Duane Brannum, DeRhonda Brannum, three sisters Catalina Buday and Maria Diamsay of Orosi and Faye Estrada of Visalia and three bothers Tony, Isabelo and Tito Agbunag of the Philippines and many nephews, nieces and cousins. She was a loving wife and wonderful mother and will be missed by all who knew her. She was loved by everyone who met her and no one was a stranger to her. Salvacion was preceded in death by her father Sergio Agbunag, mother Gregoria Vea Agbunag and sister Maura Agbunag. Visitation will begin at 5 PM till 8 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel followed by interment at Visalia District Cemetery.
