Anna Pires

Anna Mae Pires Anna Mae Pires, 75, of Visalia passed away peacefully on February 19, 2013, at her Visalia home, surrounded by her loved ones. Anna was born on May 27, 1937, in Tulare, CA to Anastacio & Ivena Urbina. She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Janice Urbina, and a brother, Clarence Urbina. Anna enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and faithful chihuahua, PeeWee. She especially loved preparing her delicious meals and desserts for family gatherings. Her hobbies were collecting cooking jars, crocheting, chihuahua memorabilia, and playing slot machines at the casinos and she also liked going fishing. Anna is survived by her husband, Donald, of 31 years. A daughter, Freda Mcnutt, husband Ken. Two brothers, Tony Urbina, wife Loeta, of Fresno, CA and John Urbina of Bakersfield, CA. A step-son, Sergio Pires, wife Ruth Ann, and 2 grandchildren of Pasadena, CA. She also leaves behind nephews, nieces, and several cousins. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and will be greatly missed, but forever in our hearts. The family would like to thank Hospice for their support and understanding.
