Cecil Ray "Tiger" Elkins Jr.

Cecil Elkins Jr. Cecil Ray "Tiger" Elkins Jr. passed away November 13, 2012 at the age of 32. He was born August 9, 1980 in Tulare, California and graduated from Tulare Union High School. Tiger was a loving man, son, grandson, father, brother and husband. He loved his family with all his heart. Tiger is survived by his wife Creasha; his daughter Valiecia; sons Dylan and Devin; his father Cecil Ray; stepmother Doris; his mother Tina; stepfather Charlie Terrel; grandmothers Barbara Whaley and Florence Russell; his sister Melissa Austin; eight brothers Dennis Elkins, Brian Bonds, Charlie Terrel, Christopher Terrel, Justin Terrel-Paim, Joshua Terrel, Brian Terrel, Brandon Terrel and many, many friends. His grandma Barbara was the world to him and he was believed to have loved her more than anything in the world. Tiger had a heart of gold and a smile that would melt your heart. "We love you bunches Tiger, our son, grandson, dad, husband and brother." Tiger liked going on family trips, camping, fishing and going to the beach. He also loved riding motorcycles and working on Destruction Derby cars with his dad and brothers. Tiger loved and lived life to the fullest. Visitation will be 2-8 pm, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 am, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Pixley Nazarene Church with burial following at Tipton-Pixley Cemetery.
