David White

David White David Earl White, 76, passed away January 17, 2013. He was married to his beloved wife of 49 years, Ruby Mae White. She preceded him in death on January 14, 2012. May their journey of love continue now that they have reunited in their heavenly home. David was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas on November 10, 1936 to William and Stella White. They moved to Tulare in 1942. He graduated from grammar school at Tagus Ranch and from Tulare Union High School in 1954. He retired after 40 years from Southern California Edison in 1997. He was a member of Eagles Lodge #47 for many years and also a member of Bethesda Christian Center. David is survived by three daughters, Janie Sanchez (Rey), Debbie Green and Joan Beall (Rick); one brother, Earnie White and his mother-in-law, Lelia Scott, all of Tulare. David was Papa to 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by a son, Elden Birch; a daughter, Geri Bledsoe and a granddaughter, Jennifer Santos. David loved his family and the Lord. He loved going fishing and being around others and telling his many, many stories. He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Bethesda Christian Center, 433 N. E St. in Tulare. Arrangements are by Peers Lorentzen Funeral Service in Tulare.
