Raynaldo Garcia

Raynaldo Gonzalez Garcia Retired Mechanic Raynaldo Gonzalez Garcia loving father and grandfather passed away December 28, 2012 at the age of 96. He was surrounded by family at his time of passing. Raynaldo was born April 7, 1916 in Radford, Texas to Juan and Ramona Garcia. In 1937 he married his wife of 52 yrs Adella. He is preceded in death by his parents Juan and Ramona and his, wife Adella, and 2 son's John Garcia and Fabian Garcia. He is survived by 3 daughters Alice Sanchez, Helen Torres (Jesse), and Maria Christina Garcia and 1 son Manuel Garcia. He had 33 grandchildren, 55 great grand children, 42 great, great grandchildren, 2 great, great, great, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Raynaldo worked many years at Cesare's Auto body as a mechanic until he retired. He enjoyed cooking and dancing, deep sea fishing, to where he would often travel to Morro Bay to fish. He also enjoyed sitting out side listening to music and playing dominoes. One of his favorite holidays was Fourth of July and lighting fireworks. He most enjoyed spending time with his family. His kindness, generosity and his smile will be missed. He will be greatly missed by all. We would like to thank everyone who was a part of his life. A special thanks to Hospice and the nurses who came out for Grandpa. Visitation will be held 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel. A Rosary will be recited Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel at 6 p.m. and Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Monday, January 7, 2013 at Holy Family Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Burial at Visalia District Cemetery.
