Calvin Bryan Ledger

Calvin Bryan Ledger passed away on May 19, 2009 in Porterville, CA. Calvin was born in Clearlake, Texas on October 2, 1925. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anderson & Mamie Ledger of Lindsay, CA, three sisters, Nettie Williams of Lockney, Texas; Dorothy (Dot) Barrettt of Wilmington, CA; Margie Echols of Carson, CA; and one daughter, Deborah Reyes, of Fortuna, CA. He is survived by his wife, Edith Ledger of Porterville, CA, his brother, Alfie (Gene) Ledger of Lindsay, California, and six children: Jeanie Lott of Eureka, CA; Lynn Cox of Fortuna, CA; Tim Ledger of Farmersville, CA; William Ledger of Porterville, CA; Jennifer Spier of Porterville, CA; David Ledger of Visalia, CA; 27 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 5pm on May 30, 2009 at the Farmersville Church of God on Ash Street in Farmersville, CA. A reception and potluck will follow services.
