Dianna King Obituary
Dianna King April 29, 1963 - March 15, 2013 Surrounded by her loving family and many of her wonderful friends, Dianna Lee King passed early Friday morning March 15, 2013. Dianna was a loving wife, adored mother, cherished daughter, beloved sister and aunt and a loyal friend. A source of love and strength for her family and friends, of which she had many. Dianna provided a loving foundation for her family and a beautiful example of a life lived with grace, humility, strength and humor to a family that loved her deeply. Dianna was born April 29, 1963 in Buckhannon, WV. She came to CA in December 1963 with her father Michael Kellar, mother Brenda and older brother John making her home in Modesto in 19 , with her husband Harold King. She never failed to welcome family and friends into her home, as one of the most important things to her was relationships. She was a person who gave tirelessly, loved generously and always tried to make everyone feel needed, wanted and loved. Her participation in NA and the fellowship of her brothers and sisters there over the last seventeen years was her life line. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold King, her brother-in-law Michael Shane King, her sister Kimberly Anne Kellar and her granddaughter Nahla Lynn Marshall. She is survived by her children: Amy Kellar and Luke, Krista Shaw and Beto, Stephen and Krista Shaw and Bridgette Shaw Sandoval and Wayne, Savanah King Marshall and Billie; her father Michael Kellar, mother Brenda Harold, her in-laws Gene and Ann King, her siblings John and David Kellar, Brandy Quinn and Rick, and sister-in-law Kym King-Vodak and Jermey and her grandchildren: Alyasa, Adrianna, Tyler, Jordyn, Haily, Alexis, Blake, Kylie, Dominic, Katrina, and soon grand-daughter Vanassa. Special thanks go to those who loved and helped her in her final days: Joey, Shari, Eryn, Liza, Greg, and too many others to name, giving tire-lessly. Many heartfelt thanks to Community Hospice, Wendy and Jane, who helped make things easier and also a special thank you to Dr. Wakelee, Allison, Dr. Chang of Stanford Cancer Center. Graveside services on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 1pm at Lakewood Memorial Park 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson.
