Dorothy "Dottie" Lotenero "Dottie" J. Lotenero of Visalia passed away on January 6th, 2013 at the age of 83. She was born in Abilene, Texas and had lived in Visalia for the past 45 years where she was a member of the "Heritage" Church. She worked at Green Acres Jr. High as "the cafeteria lady" from 1972 to 1992. She was preceded in death by her husband Tommy Lotenero, and her sister Jodie, and brother in law "Skeeter" Newsome. She is survived by her only son Rick Lotenero, his wife Diane, her two grandchildren, Antony and Alyssa, and her niece and nephew, "Nollie" Hamilton and John Newsome and their families. In truth, her friends and family have missed her for the past few years as she had battled Alzheimer's disease, and will now continue to miss her. May she rest in peace. The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the employee's at Sierra View "Marden's Place" in Reedley. and the Doctors and wonderful Nurses at Kaweah Delta Hospital who helped us deal with her passing.
