James Butterworth Attorney Jamie passed away unexpectedly at his home in Visalia on Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the age of 46. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law and uncle. Jamie's top priority was his family. He loved spending time with them. He was a fun dad, attending his children's sporting events and activities, along with taking his kids and their friends TeePeeing and causing havoc. His passion was anything to do with the outdoors- fishing hiking, camping and hunting. The 4th of July held a special place in his heart, not only because of his fascination with fireworks, but because that was the day he and Elyse started their life together 25 years ago. He had the best sense of humor, and could put a smile on anyone's face. He was also an loyal friend to many. Jamie is survived by his wife Elyse, children Samantha, Brooke and Jordan, and his four dogs, Max, Maggie, Noodles and Jayda. Also survived by his mother Sheila, sister Susan(Al), brother Dave(Kim),sister Jessica, and sister-in-law Yolanda, and many nieces and nephews. He was pre deceased by his father Harold and his brother Jonathon. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave. Visalia, CA 93277. Visitation will be on the day of service, Saturday, July 6, 2013. Private burial. Reception will follow. Condolences may be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
