Jerry George Baker Jerry Baker was born to Mike and Yvonne Baker April 10th, 1946. He passed away surrounded by family July 17th, 2012, at the age of 66. Jerry was a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a lifelong resident of the Visalia area. He graduated from Redwood High School in 1964, then went on to College of the Sequoias and acquired his degree. He married his high school sweetheart Nona Griffith in 1966. They enjoyed a total of 49 years together. Prior to becoming self employed in real estate, he was a fireman with CDF. Survivors include his wife of 46 years Nona Baker, step mother Billie (Baker) Higuera, siblings Chris Pace, Cathy (Bob) Polloni, David Baker, and Linda Mittle, children Dan and (Deanne) Baker, (Josh) and Jamie Rowlett, grandchildren Tyler (Katie), Kylie, Cody, and Garrett Baker, Jake, Ellee, and Wade Rowlett, and one great grandson, Gage Baker. Visitation was held Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Smith Family Chapel in Exeter, CA. Graveside services will be Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Exeter District Cemetary.
