Jessie (Wilder) Clore Jessie (Wilder) Clore was born Aug. 9, 1906 in the Indian Territory before Oklahoma joined the States, and she went to be with the Lord on September 4, 2012 at the age of 106. Jessie traveled with her family to Exeter, CA in 1912 and went through her school years there. She met the love of her life, James W. Clore at a square dance and they later married and raised three children on the Clore Ranch in Visalia. Jessie worked for over twenty-five years at Nash De Camp Packing Co. and also owned and operated the Hill Haven Cottages in Three Rivers, CA before retiring to Grover Beach in 1968. Jessie was preceded in death by her husband James Clore, one son, James Clore III, all 8 of her siblings and all the friends she grew up with. She leaves behind one daughter, Patricia Leach Sturgeon and her husband Richard Sturgeon of Tulare Ca, one son, Leland Clore of Pismo Beach Ca, nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, 7 1/2 great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Jessie was a lifelong devoted Christian woman belonging to the New Life Community Church of the Nazarene in Pismo Beach. She was a great inspiration to all who met her and was loved by everyone. Viewing will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday Sept. 9 at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel at 1239 Longbranch Ave. in Grover Beach Ca. The funeral service will be in the Marshall-Spoo Chapel on Monday Sept 10 at 1:00pm. Graveside services will be on Tuesday Sept. 11 at 11:00 am at the Visalia Cemetery.
