Loretta Epps Brown May 24, 1952 - March 17, 2012 Loretta Epps Brown, 59, of Wichita Falls, died on Saturday, March 17, 2012. The memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012, in the chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Inernment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park Mausoleum. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. A daughter of the late Esther (Walker) and James Epps, Loretta was born on May 24, 1952, in Clinton, Oklahoma. She worked as a legal secretary for many years. Loretta was also preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Brown, Jr. and brothers; Marcell Epps, Albert Epps and Calvin Epps. Survivors include: daughter, Andrinee Martinez and husband, David, of Humble, Texas; grandchildren, Miles David Martinez and Logan Camille Martinez of Humble, Texas; brothers, Wendell Walker of Dallas, Willard Epps and wife, Debra, of Tulare, CA, Warren Epps and wife, Marise, of Los Angeles, CA, and Roy Dean Ferguson of Wichita Falls; sisters, Joyce Epps and Ramona Epps both of Wichita Falls; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
