Magdalena DeLeon Vasquez Magdalena DeLeon Vasquez of Visalia was born in Weslaco Texas on July 21, 1923 to Prudencio and Manuela Munoz DeLeon. She moved to Tulare County in 1954. She was a farm labor supervisor for Mayfair Packing for over 30 years. She passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013, at the age of 89. She is survived by her children, Juan Solis of Porterville, Katie Alaniz of Visalia and Frances of San Juan Texas. Also her brother Jose DeLeon of Fresno. She has 14 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 24 great great-grandchildren. She had many nephews and nieces who she equally loved and they all loved her. Preceded in death was son Alfred Longoria and husband Emilio Vasquez. She loved life, loved her family and was devoted to God. Now she's gone home and found her peace! A Wake service will be held Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel at 6 p.m. and a funeral service will be held Friday, March 1, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel at 9 a.m. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Burial at Deep Creek Cemetery, Farmersville, CA.
