Manuel Reyna Garcia Manuel Garcia was born in Holtville, CA on October 24, 1924 to Luis and Margaret Garcia. Manuel passed away December 28, 2012 at the age of 88. He served in the United States Army during WWII in the battles and campaigns of Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe and received various citations and medals. He worked for Boswell and Hansen Ranches after the military from 1949 to 1996. He was a retired ranch foreman. He is survived by his loving wife Luz, whom he had been married 61 years, and his children Francisco Garcia and wife Maria of Visalia and daughter Hortencia Moz and husband Reynaldo of Corcoran. Manuel is also survived by his granddaughters Veronica Gallegos and husband Silvio Jr. of Corcoran, Roxanne Moz and fiance Jose of Corcoran, grandson Joshua Garcia of Visalia, great grandchildren: Ryan Moz, Jacob Moz, Emily Saldana and Izaak Saldana; and his siblings Carmen Flores of Caruthers, Virginia Aguinaga of Reedley, Margaret Garcia of Corcoran, Ramie Bocanegra of Tulare and Luis Garcia Jr. of Reedley. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Manuel Garcia Jr., and brothers Vincent, Salvador and Ysidro Garcia. Viewing will be held Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 3-6pm at Bledsoe Family Peoples Chapel, 1030 Cardoso Ave, Corcoran, CA with Rosary and Mass at 7pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1404 Hanna Ave, Corcoran. Mass: Friday, January 4, 2013 at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with burial following at Corcoran Cemetery.
