Nathan De Haven Obituary
Nathan was born on December 23, 1993 in Visalia, CA, passed away April 25, 2011 in Exeter, CA at the young age of 17. As a young child he lived in Goshen where he attended Goshen Elementary School until 2003 when he moved with his mom and sisters to Pontiac, Michigan. Where he attended several schools and made many friends until last year when the family moved back to California first settling in Earlimart where Nathan attended Delano High School for a short time. The family then moved to Visalia where he attended Golden West High School determined to graduate he enrolled at Sequoia High School where he was a student at the time of his death. Nathan was a wonderful young man with a big heart. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother Michelle Sheppard Orosco of Visalia step-father Diego Orosco of Earlimart, father and step-mother Paul and Lisa De Haven of Goshen, sisters Savanah and Mackenzie, half-brother Marcus De Haven, half-sister Meriah Watson, step-brothers Elias Orosco and Derric Morgan, step-sisters Ashley Bookout, Mandi Hamett, Shania Elvert, Brittany and Karly Morgan, grand-parents Woody and Mary De Haven, great grand-mother Mavis Lewis, step-grandparents Santiago and Maria Orosco, Uncle Michael Sheppard and wife Margie, Uncles Shane Wade and Mark De Haven also Nathan's second family he chose himself Adolf, Tina, Candy, and Arron Alafa, and Isaac Guzman, great-aunts Sharon Hitt and Barbara Mendosa, and great-uncle Stever Wright, special cousins Michael and Makayla Sheppard, Derrek Murphy, Dylan Welsh, Lacy Frutos, Michael Gibson, Sonya Jones, Brittany Polsen, and Cassidy Jones. "You will not be forgotten and we love you Nathan" Condolences may be e-mailed to info@salseranddillard.com Service was held at 12 noon on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Visitation was from 1-5 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, and on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 4-7 p.m. at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Burial will immediately follow the service on Tuesday, May 3rd at 12 noon at Visalia District Cemetery.
