Raylene Joann Owens Raylene Joann Owens, 36, of Tulare, California passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in Visalia, California. Raylene was born in Visalia, California on September 25, 1976. She attended Houston Elementary, Green Acres Middle School, graduated from Redwood High School with the Class of 1994, and College of Sequoias. From 1997 to 2001, Raylene served in the United States Army, first in Ft. Lee, Virginia and then Vilseck, Germany. She received an Associate of Arts from University of Maryland in General Education in Hanau, Germany in 2000. Following her discharge from the military, Raylene continued her education at Fresno State University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration in 2005. She was currently employed at Frazer L.L.P. CPA's in Visalia. Raylene was a strong willed and outspoken young lady who worked hard to achieve her goals - she enjoyed life and work. Raylene enjoyed camping and most of all her time with family and friends. Raylene will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. Raylene leaves to cherish her memory, her mother and father, Greg and Joann Robbins of Visalia; her fiance', Greg Gibson of Tulare; stepson, Brent Gibson of Tulare; brother, Dustin Owens and wife, Samantha of Visalia and their son, Blake Owens; two sisters, Shelbey Robbins and Shanna Vickers, both of Hanford; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA.
