Rosemary Escamilla Rosemary Escamilla, 62 years old, went to see her lord Wednesday, August 1st, surrounded by her loving family, after her battle with cancer. Born June 7th, 1950 in Sanger California to Margarita Hernandez and Francisco Serrato. They later moved to Visalia where she attended and graduated from Redwood High School in 1968. She was employed by Moore Business Forms from 1976 - 1995, where she met Valdemar Escamilla, who she would spend the rest of her life with and become "Rosemary the Queen." They were married on March 23rd 1986. She later joined the staff at The City of Visalia, with the records department until January 3rd 2012. Rosemary was a unique and gentle soul with an infectious smile. She was a woman of strong Catholic faith who treated everyone she came across with love and respect. With a real zest for life Rosemary loved to dance, read, pray and gather with family for bbq's, where her deviled eggs will be greatly missed. Though we mourn her absence she will always remain alive in the thoughts of memories of the many people she touched.
