Francisco Bustos Penaloza Francisco Bustos Penaloza, 82, resident of Tulare and passed away July 3, 2014. He was born June 18, 1934 to Otilio and Tomasa Penaloza in Michoacán, Mexico. He was previously employed by the Palace Food Depot and Ruiz Food. He loved gardening. He enjoyed going to Laughlin with his wife and gambling. He was a happy go lucky person. He loved his family and he especially loved children and they loved him also. Francisco was preceded in death by his wife, Pastoria Penaloza. He survived by six sons: Earian Penaloza, Javier Penaloza, Mario Penaloza, Antonio Penaloza all of Tijuana, Guadalupe Penaloza of Tulare and Roberto Penaloza of Mexico; three daughters: Sofia Penaloza of Tulare, Socorro Penaloza of San Diego, and Hilda Penaloza of Mexico; three sisters: Aurora Penaloza of Las Vegas, NV, Francisca Hernandez and Benita Penaloza both of Michoacán, MX; three step-daughters: Amelia Monzano, Rachel Curlin and Sandra Aguilar all of Tulare; step-son: Rudy Castellanos of Tulare; 35 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Viewing will be held from 12-8 p.m., Wed., July 9, 2014 at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel, Tulare. A Rosary & Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014 at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 954 So O St., Tulare with burial following at North Tulare Cemetery.
