Robert Wayne James II Robert Wayne James II, 72, of Tulare was born to Beatrice and Robert James on Feb. 14, 1940 in North Platte, Nebraska. He passed away on Nov. 18, 2012 in Visalia, CA. Bob grew up in North Platte, Ne. moving to CA in 1959. He attended COS, graduated from CA State University Sacramento with his BA and CA State University Fresno with his masters degree. He taught and was a principal for Tulare City School District for 38 1/2 years, ending his career at Frank Kohn Elementary School. He also served in the National Guard being called up to active duty during the Berlin Crisis. Bob is survived by his sister, Judy Osborne, brother Brett James, two step sisters, Jessica Cox and Pam Rogers, three daughters, Jana Micari, Darby James and Brittney Dexel. He had eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, November 23, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Sierra Baptist Church 1437 East Walnut Ave., Visalia CA.
