Modean Andrade Waitress Our beloved Mother and Granny entered the gates of heaven Wednesday February 6th 2013 at the age of 88. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and our father Frank M Andrade and her two grandsons Dondi Carr and Bill Fowler Jr. She leaves behind her son Jim Carr and wife Evie, daughter Sue Fowler and husband William, and daughter Marti Vargas and husband Daniel. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren with another on the way. Our mother was a very strong, independent and loving woman. She loved her family dearly and unconditionally. Mom we love you and will miss you. Graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Visalia District Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 PM till 7 PM on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel. Condolences may be e-mailed to [email protected]

So sorry to hear of Tia Modean's passing. I see this photo of her and I can hear her voice and that laugh in my ears. I have some great memories that I will always keep in my heart of times together with her. Love you guys.

So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was a very loving Mother. I remember spending the night at your house and how she made me feel at home. She also pierced my ears of which are the only piercing I have today! Remember the good times. My heart goes out to you and all your family. May God keep you in his hands during this time.
