Tony M. Hernandez Tony M. Hernandez, 81, a resident of Tulare, California, passed away April 14, 2013 peacefully at home. Tony was born in Tucson, Arizona to his parents Jesus and Trini Hernandez. He was one of five children born to this union and also had 12 half brothers and sisters. Tony met the love of his life Eustolia Troucosa in 1948. They were married for 57 years until her death in 2007. Together they had eight children. In his childhood years Tony was taken out of school in the sixth grade to provide for his mother and siblings. Through the years, he worked as a truck driver, but for many years, his career was spent as a foreman for farm laborers. Tony enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, taking them to school and having parties with his favorite mariachi band. His passion was being at the casino and never being at home. In addition to his wife Tony was preceded in death by his sisters Amelia Gonzalez and Violet Villa and half brothers Ernie, Ralph and Reyes. He is survived by his children Tony Hernandez Jr. and wife Robin, Gilbert Hernandez, Sally Camarillo and husband Richard, Mary Vargas and husband Henry, Jesse Hernandez and wife Anna, Alice Lopez and husband Mike, Joe Hernandez and wife Alicia, John Hernandez and wife Josie; half brothers Eddie (Lalo), Bobby and Rick; brother Jose Hernandez; sisters Molly Lopez, Gloria Perez, Yolanda Parra, Margie Felix, Irene Galaz and Mercy Frausto; 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 12-8 pm, Wednesday, April 17, 2013, with a Rosary beginning at 6 pm, at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel. Mass will be at 1 pm, Thursday, April 18, 2013 at St. Rita's Catholic Church with burial at North Tulare Cemetery. Condolences may be emailed to email@example.com.
