Craig Smith Craig was born on April 9, 1951 in Abingdon, Pa. and passed away on February 21, 2013 in Salt Lake City, UT. After a brief battle with brain cancer. He is survived by six brothers, Scott Smith, Pete, Joe and John Cupo, Chalie and Eddie Kappe; three sisters, Elaine Weston, Lynn Smith and Laura Assuncia. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Joyce Luther, they were no longer married but remained friends. He had three daughters, Carrie Arnold, whose husband Allen, he loved like a son, Jessica and Rebecca. He had five grandchildren, Holly, Meagan, Rebecca, Emily, and Caleb; and two great-grandchildren, Kyree and Lennon. Craig worked as a top technician for Mercedes Benz for over 20 years, then opened his own shop, Silver Star MB Repair, in Visalia, CA in 2006. Craig found deep satisfaction in having and nurturing a close personal relationship with God and was faithful in sharing this blessing with all he met. He's now sitting at the feet of Jesus, where he desired to be, asking endless questions no one else could ever answer. God is a Spirit and those who worship him must worship him in Spirit and in truth. John 4:24 A celebration of Craig's Life will be held at the Wellspring Christian Center, 345 E. Fresno St., Dinuba, CA., with a potluck immediately following the service. Remembrances may be made to the Huntsman Cancer Research Center in Salt Lake City, UT.; or to the Visalia Rescue Mission.
