Wendy Wilkins

WENDY WILKINS Wife and loving mother passed away after a courageous 5 year battle with breast cancer on March 25, 2013 at home in Apple Valley, surrounded by family. Wendy was born and raised in Apple Valley and spent her entire life here. Wendy worked as a dental assistant (RDA) for several offices but, the majority of her time was at Dr. Pinkner's office. Wendy was preceded in death by her father Ronnie Thompson. Wendy is survived by her husband Brent of 16 years; her boys Austin, Trent, Carson, and Trey; her mother Peggy Cummings; sister Jeannie Richards and husband Chet Richards; niece Kailey Richards and nephew Brendan Richards. Wendy is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends. We would like to give a special thank you to The City Of Hope and Joanna and Babs from Visiting Nurses for their special care. We also would like to thank everybody who donated their time, gifts and love to help us through that difficult time. Your help meant so much to us. Memorial services are going to be held in Apple Valley, April 6, 2013 at 1:00pm at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation in memory of Wendy Wilkins to the City Of Hope, C/O Janet Morgan, 1055 Wilshire Blvd, 12th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017; or the Visiting Nurses Association.
