DAMON N. WALL 3/11/1968 - 2/5/2013 Damon N. Wall, age 44, went on to his next journey after suffering a heart attack in his sleep on Feb. 5, 2013. He passed at his sister's, Misty Schultz, in Belen, NM and was then cremated. Born on March 11, 1968, to Gerald Wall and Arlene (Wall) Huettner, in San Bernardino, CA, he eventually lived in the Hi Desert and graduated from VVHS in 1985. Post graduation, he worked many years for In N Out, gaining a managership at age 23 (then the youngest to do so) in National City, CA. He left the burger scene for a life on the road, fulfilling his name backwards: Nomad. He traveled across the US installing cardlocks for hotels and seeing historical sights. He called himself a princess, living at the hotels he worked in. His favorite area was Pacific Beach and Mission Bay, where he windsurfed. He is survived by his mother, father, sister; brother Virgil Tanner; nieces Amber McCuistion of Belen, NM, Rachel Schultz of Belen; grand niece Mea McCuistion and grand nephew Axle McCuistion; aunt Marlene Baldwin of Redlands, CA. Damon was very intelligent with a wonderful sense of humor. He was generous to a fault with his family and loved ones. His relaxation was TV game shows and voracious reading. Sadly, he didn't feel his lifestyle allowed him to have a wife and children. Damon's giant hugs are already much missed by all who loved him.
