LORENE GRAETZ KOCH 5/9/1930 - 2/10/2014 Lorene, 83, a longtime resident of the Victor Valley passed away after a short illness. Lorene is survived by her 5 sons, a brother and sister, also 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Lawrence, who retired from George Air Force Base in 1974. Lorene was a loving mother and grandmother who gave unconditional love to family and friends. Lorene was born in San Francisco and lived in the Sierra Nevada Foothill town of Auburn from childhood into young adulthood. Lorene spent the last 37 years of her life in the Victor Valley area. She was a homemaker, a color consultant and worked at the Roy Rogers Museum before it moved to Branson, Missouri. Lorene will be deeply missed by her family and friends for her adventurous spirit, joy of life and love of family. Her ashes will be taken to Auburn, California to be interred into her father's grave.
