I met Ramsey in college when he went to UC Irvine. I knew him about 3 years. At one point he had broken his back and I came to see him in Victorville at a football game. He was smart, kind, fun to be around and had dancing blue eyes. He was one of a kind. Heaven has a good man!

My favorite teacher, my 4th grade teacher. Made me laugh by opening my lunch one day in front of the class to only be upstaged by what it was -- a "butter sandwich" lol I'll never forget how dumbfounded he was, that I made myself a butter sandwich... he lost his composure and laughed so hard, he couldn't even finish poking fun at me, the whole class was just laughing.
I'm here because I'm looking into what living in Alaska is like, and all I can think of is Mr. Fowler always saying he was from Juneau, Alaska... he's the only Alaskan I'll ever know and I'll say a prayer for him

Dear Fowler family, I remember the first day attending Mr. Fowler's class eight years ago. I was so lucky to have the privilege to be in his class and enjoy his presence as my teacher each day. His memory lives on, and he will be missed dearly. But this isn't it. We will all meet him again one day. Mr. Fowler, thanks for everything. (:

I had Mr. Fowler as my fourth grade teacher in 1996. He was one of my favorite teachers and many of my memories from elementary school were made in his class. I had this stuffed, tiny chick that Mr. Fowler always kept at his desk for most of the year...it kind of became our "class pet" and he always made it fly. :) He was always full of jokes and easy going...He is definitely missed by many and his family is in our prayers.

Our prayers go out to the daughter and family of Mr. Fowler. When we heard the news of Mr. Fowler's sudden death, we were heartbroken. My son Michael had the privilege of being in Mr.Fowler's class this year. Michael has many wonderful memories of Mr. Fowler who was an "awesome" caring teacher. He made learning fun and will be greatly missed by my son. May he Rest in Peace.

Ramsey will always be a great friend despite the years that have passed since our High School days. He taught us how to laugh at ourselves and how to enjoy every moment. We had many nicknames for him, but the one that fits best is "friend". Ramsey, you are missed. God Bless. The Boys...
