Ronald Sims Obituary

Ronald Troy Sims, "Sunglasses Man," 69, passed away Nov. 14, 2010 at home due to organ failure. Born March 22, 1941 in Miami, Ariz., he was a resident of the Victor Valley for 19 years and lived in California for more than 40 years.
He attended Hesperia Church of Christ.
Thank you to the Desert Valley Hospital doctors and staff for your care.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Janet O. Sims of Victorville; sons Robert Sims of Victorville and Michael Sims of Gambrills, Md.; daughter Diane Marie of Harrisburg, Pa.; mother Myrtle Sims of Victorville; brother Larry Sims of Lake Stevens, Wash.; five grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Services were held Nov. 15, 2010 at Hesperia Church of Christ. Chris Scott officiated.
Desert View Memorial Park handled the arrangements.
