CHARLES GONZALES Our beloved Charles "Charlie Brown" William Gonzales, slipped quietly from his loving family and dearest friends and entered eternal life on January 22, 2013. Charlie was the son of Fernando and Pola Gonzales, born on November 4, 1952, in Los Nietos, California. His youth experiences and education was primarily developed in Santa Fe Springs and Whittier, California where he was raised. He later lived 26 years in the Hawaiian Gardens and La Puente area, before residing in Barstow for the past 8 years. His hobby and love for landscaping and gardening, provided him with much enjoyment and satisfaction as a skilled landscaper for both residential-commercial venues for 15 years. Charlie was a fun, honest and kind-hearted spirit, spending his free time listening to music, dancing, painting, watching sports and playing his harmonica. But most of all, he will be remembered for his commitment, his love and his treasured time spent with family. Charlie is survived by two daughters, Valerie Pena (her husband Juan) of Barstow, and Yvette Gonzales (her husband Luis) of Las Vegas, NV.; two sons, Charles Gonzales Jr. (his wife Brandy) of Barstow and Fernando Gonzales (his wife Barbara) of Victorville; three sisters, Maria Dennis (her husband Jim) of Big Bear, Corina Capistrano (her husband John) of Barstow, Teresa Sandoval (her husband Paul) of Arizona; brother-in-law, Mauricio Pasillas; two brothers, Henry Gonzales of Antelope Valley, Fred E.
