Judith A. Lynch Obituary
Judith "Judy" A. (Patten) Lynch, of Waltham, passed away early Saturday morning, December 30, 2017 after a brief but harrowing battle with cancer, at the Maristhill Nursing Home. She was 72. Born and raised in Waltham to the late John and Mary (Murphy) Patten, she was a life long resident of Waltham. In her spare time Judy enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, keeping up with the news, and most of all spending time with her family. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a quick witted and honest woman (sometimes to honest). She was a surrogate mother to many and was known to them as "Ma Lynch". She will be missed dearly by her many friends and family members. She was the wife of the late John Lynch. She is survived by her loving children John W. "Bill" Lynch of Waltham, Jeffrey Lynch of Waltham, Justine Lynch of Hudson, and her son, best friend, and caregiver, Michael Hutton of Waltham, her sister Diana Patten of Carver, and Eileen Patten-Oliver of Gloucester, her cherished grandchildren Steven, Jake, Olivia, Thomas, and Serena Lynch, Daeshawn and Daeman Bradshaw, and Nicholas Keefe, and her great granddaughter Layla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Graveside Service in celebration of Judy's life at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 2 p.m. For guestbook please visit www.BrascoFuneralHome. com.
