Although Julian is gone and will be missed, and not forgotten, his family will forever have fondest memories of him. I trust that his loved ones will manage to cope with
their stressful loss. Julian and I worked very closely as charter members and officers during the formative years of WASHINGTON-LINCOLN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN D. C.
