Dear Cherie - I pray for Turner, and you, and the family. He was an extraordinarily loyal and spirited co-worker, who contributed greatly to the guidance and sound decisions needed to run a large organization, the Foreign Ag Service. He will be well remembered, for a very long time, in that community, and I'm sure in many others that he touched. don novotny

Dear Cherie Oyloe and the Oyloe family,
Turner was one of the easiest FASer to remember with his ready smile and ready to make one feel welcome.
He visited us during our posting in Paris and frequently remarked about the good time he had during that part of his trip. A great Ambassador for Agriculture and the USA.

Dear Cherie and Oyloe family. Please accept my deepest of condolences. Turner was a dear friend and I fondly remember him interviewing me for a job with FAS sitting around my parent's Reston kitchen table back in 1973. Hugs to all.
