WILLIAM F. HALL  

After a valiant battle with metastatic melanoma, MSgt.
William Franklin Hall, USMC (Ret.), died peacefully on April 1, 2014 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his son, Scott F. Hall, his daughter and son-in-law, Amy H. Pickard and CDR Kevin Pickard, Jr., USN, and his ex-wife and lifelong friend, Joyce A. Valentine. He is also survived by his sister, Vivian L. Weaver. He was preceded in death by his father, William M. Hall, mother, Gladys E. Hall, and brothers Milton E. Hall and Charles G. Hall. He was a proud founding member of Pleasant Valley Golf Club and affectionately known at the course as "The Mayor." Per his wishes, funeral services will not be held.
