She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and worked in the federal government for more than 20 years. Service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, 4111 Pennsylvania Ave., Suitland, MD. Viewing 10 a.m. Omega Omega 10:30 a.m. Service 11 a.m. Arrangements by HODGES & EDWARDS FUNERAL HOME.

Carolyn - you were my boss for many years and you helped mold me into the worker I am today. You pushed me every day to strive to do better and do more. Thank you for pushing me, relentlessly! Lol I learned that no task is too big or too small as long as you want it! That grade doesn't matter... be your best! Thank you so much and I miss you!
