MURRAY MINSTER Obituary
Murray N. Minster (Age 94)
Of Westminster of Lake Ridge and formerly of McLean, VA died on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at his home. Beloved husband of the late Kitty Minster; stepfather of Christa Martino and Frances Free and uncle of Elyse Goldman Draughn. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at Westminster Potomac Room on May 17 at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vitas Hospice. I met Mueeay as soon as he joined, as one who put parties together. He offered tholepin, and w=even called to check on his part. His rolodex was very helpful --getting wonderful speakers. always on top of whatever he decided to do. Last June, I saw him at the OLLI 25th party, and, yes, he was sharp as usual. He will be missed. We met Murray 3 years ago through his very good friends Fred and Anita. We were immediately impressed with his joy of life, his interest in whatever it was you were talking about, and his appreciation of any small thing you did for him. My only regret is that we didn't meet Murray a long time ago. What an interesting man, and still sharp as a tack! We loved Murray and will so miss his smiling face and sweet emails.
