JUNE PAMELA ROSENTHAL
On Monday, October 31, 2011, JUNE PAMELA ROSENTHAL of Frederick, MD. Beloved wife for 64 years to loving husband, Donald C. Rosenthal; devoted mother of Sheree Rosenthal (Howard R.) Moyer; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Zachary Moyer; loving sister of Jean John of Rochester, NY, Paul Cooper of Longboat Key, FL. Also survived by niece and nephews, Pamela McOmber, Glen John and Sean Cooper. Born in Stroke-on-Trent, England, June met Don during WWII while serving in the Woman's Land Army. June was a woman of many accomplishments. She was the first woman personnel director for the Cafritz Companies in the early 1950's; proud owner of Junelle's and the Redheads Cave Clothing boutiques in the 1960's. She took up riding dressage and rode at Potomac Horse Center, where she single handedly took on the project of designing and staffing the new housing and cafeteria for the Horse Master students. June was also an amazing designer, gourmet cook, accomplished golfer and wonderful gardener. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 1 p.m. at DANZANSKY GOLDBERG MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1170 Rockville Pike. Family will be receiving friends following services at the residence of her daughter, Sheree Moyer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Parkinson's Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to EDWARD SAGEL FUNERAL DIRECTION, Rockville, MD 301-217-9400

Sheree, there are no words that I can say to take away the pain you are feeling right now. Although the pain is so deep, I know in time you will find comfort in the treasured memories you have of your mom.
