On Wednesday, August, 24, 2011 of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Anne Fahy Sheehan; loving father of Charles J. Sheehan (Caroline) of Bethesda, MD, Margaret Sheehan McCaleb (Michael) of Gaithersburg, MD, John A. Sheehan (Christine) of Kensington, MD and Mary Agnes Sheehan of New Orleans, LA; grandfather of Bobby, Danny, Katie, Johnny, Patrick, and Joey Sheehan. Friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE FUNERAL HOME, 7557 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 on Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 9601 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD 20814 on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church at the above stated address or to the Knights of Columbus, Rock Creek Council, 5417 Cedar Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814.
