SOMPORN N. LAUN
On March 19, 2011. Wife for almost 25 years of Foreign Service Officer (Retired) Alfred A. Laun, III. She accompanied her husband during his assignments overseas with the U.S. Information Agency. She obtained her bachelor's degree in public administration from Bangkok's Thammasat University. She is survived by her mother, Hai Nirabutra and her three sisters, Porntip, Malinee and Mayuree.
