Panagiota Anagnostopoulos (Age 92)
On Sunday, April 8, 2018, of Gaithersburg, MD, fell asleep in the Lord. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Anagnostopoulos; loving mother of George and Eleni Anagnostopoulos, Irini and Ilias Dovolos, and Maria and Elias Stergiou; sister of the late Irini Stathopoulos, Eleni and George Kartsakalis, George and Phoebe Stathes. She is survived by brothers Nick and Koula Stathes, Paul and Dina Stathes, and Steve and Maria Stathes. Also survived by six grandchildren and their spouses, five great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, April 15, from 7 to 9 p.m. Trisagion prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Funeral Service at Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, 7701 Bradley Boulevard, Bethesda, MD, on Monday, April 16, at 10 a m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Panagiota Anagnostopoulos to St. George Greek Orthodox Church. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
