PHILIP JOSEPH MILLER (Age 44)
On Friday, November 13, 2015, of North Hollywood, CA. Beloved son of Rosemary Miller; brother of Jeff, Eileen, Denise, Dan, Lynn and Andrew Miller; brother-in-law of Hillary, Wendy and Kelly Miller; uncle of Hannah Jane, Zoey, Lola, Maxwell, Kaia, and Paisley Miller. Relatives and friends may call at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, November 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church on Tuesday, December 1, at 10 a.m. Interment Norbeck Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UPLIFT Haiti at www.uplifthaiti.org.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

My first and lingering memory of Phil is of the first time he came to Scotland with Aunt Rosemary. He was such a happy and lively guy even then. That memory will live with me forever. God bless you cuz.
