WILLIAM J.P. HOWARD, JR. (Age 70)
On Tuesday, May 10, 2016 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of forty years of Marilyn E. Howard; father of Katherine Anne Yi (Song) and William J.P. Howard III (Katie "KJ"); brother of May Lowry (Larry Fisher) and Kevin Howard; grandfather of Julia, Alexandra, Liam and Riley. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at St. Andrew Apostle Church, Arcola Ave. and Kemp Mill Rd., Silver Spring, MD, Tuesday, May 17, 2016, from 10 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I'm so sorry for the Howard family's loss. We used to be neighbors and I remember my stepkids playing with the Howard kids all the time. Bill was a gentleman and great neighbor.
